Black Hills Students Weigh In on Driving Safety
In an effort to get young people in South Dakota involved in policy making one organization is taking aim at a controversial topic, teen driving safety. South Dakota Voices for Children is putting students behind the wheel of the conversation about driving safety and attracting the ears of the people who control state policy.
